Hi, I'm Andrew
I grew up in a small town in the far northwest corner of Washington, called Burlington. After playing football for the US Air Force Academy and Washington State University I found myself in a lot of pain and a desire to continue to lift weights. I knew there was a better way to train and I began to create my own style based on the sequence of muscle firing.
I received my undergrad degree at Washington State University in Kinesiology with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. Shortly after I was a Graduate Assistant in Sports Performance and Research for the University of Oklahoma basketball team.

As a Sports Performance coach, I have worked for the WSU baseball team and the OU basketball team including NBA All-Star Trae Young. I was also the Sports Performance coach for the WSU alpine ski team and the National Champion WSU wrestling team, including 2 All-Americans. I have been an assistant with the WSU volleyball, soccer, tennis, track and field, and golf teams.

In my free time, I like to snowboard, mountain bike, climb 14ers, play basketball, and travel in my sprinter van with my yellow lab Kacey.
